What Healer actually does
Healer costs 3,000 Cores — tied with Scout as the cheapest class after the 100-Core Miner. It is the budget support pick, and it does two things: it makes your heals bigger, and eventually it makes revives free.
You start each run with a Medkit and Medic Armor, so the class works from the moment you buy it.
Level by level
| Level | Unlock | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 3,000 Cores | +10% Healing |
| 2 | Heal 10,000 HP | When below 20% HP, gain +10% Healing |
| 3 | Use 10 Revive Kits, heal 25,000 HP | Start each run with a Revive Kit |
| 4 | 3,000,000 m career total depth | Team bonus: +5% Healing for the whole server |
The Revive Kit is the reason to level it
Levels 1 and 2 are percentage bumps — useful, but the kind of upgrade you forget is there. Level 3 changes what the class is.
Starting every run with a Revive Kit means reviving a downed teammate stops being a resource decision. In a 30-player co-op descent, that is the difference between a wipe and a recovery, and it is why Healer is worth levelling even if you later move to a stronger support class.
The catch is the unlock requirement: use 10 Revive Kits. You have to actually revive people ten times, which means you need teammates who go down — and teammates who go down are exactly what a well-played Healer prevents. On a quiet server this gate takes a while.
Healer versus Reaper
This is the question every support player asks, and the answer is about how you want to heal.
| Healer | Reaper | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | 3,000 Cores | 10,000 Cores |
| Healing style | Bigger heals, plus a free Revive Kit | Continuous healing from enemy kills |
| Level 4 gate | 3,000,000 m | 10,000,000 m |
| Best for | Coordinated teams on a budget | Solo players and long descents |
Healer gives you a bigger number when you press the button. Reaper gives you healing that happens while you are doing something else — enemies have a 20% chance to drop soul orbs that heal 25 HP, and the orbs heal teammates who walk through them.
The practical split: if your team communicates and you enjoy the support role, Healer is excellent value at a third of Reaper’s price. If you play with randoms or solo, Reaper’s passive healing is worth the extra 7,000 Cores.
Hitting the requirements
- Level 2: heal 10,000 HP total. This happens naturally if you run dungeons.
- Level 3: use 10 Revive Kits and heal 25,000 HP. The heal total is fine; the revive count is the gate.
- Level 4: 3,000,000 m of career total depth — the same gate as Scout, and one of the lowest in the game. Healer is one of the easier classes to fully finish.
Where Healer fits
Healer is strongest in enclosed content where damage arrives in bursts: Vampire Mansion, Spider Dungeons, the Goblin’s Arena and the three Dungeon levels. The structures and dungeons guide maps where each spawns by layer.
If you want to know how revives fit into a full run, how to reach 100 KM covers the Wolf Bat fight where a revive is worth carrying. And if you are choosing between support classes, the best classes tier list ranks both against the rest of the roster.
